The Avaya IP Office range of converged telephone systems has just been expanded with new models to suit small and very small businesses with features that are typically only available on larger telephone systems associated with big businesses.

  Features

As a telephone system it provides all of the features that you would expect from a world leading manufacturer, however the IP Office Small Office Edition goes much further. Supporting from 2 to 28 users with business quality voice communications, it also has all of the computer network device functionality that many small offices require.

  • Connects via Analogue or ISDN trunk lines, or DSL & WAN Links
  • Endpoints - analogue, digital and wireless handsets, IP Phones, PC's and IP appliances
  • Networking - built in ethernet switch, VPN capability, ethernet WAN (connect to broadband), conventional WAN interface, wireless LAN option
  • Internet - built in router, firewall, DHCP server
  • VoiceMail - standard PC based voicemail, optional embedded voicemail with auto-attendant
  • Software Applications - Standard applications include Phone Manager Lite, TAPI interface (e.g. Dial from Outlook), optional applications including call centre software
  • Integrated software applications
  • Music on hold
