With a wide and varied product and services offering, Fusion can be different things to different clients.
Perhaps what we are most noted for is being our client’s out‑sourced IT department. For many of our wealth management sector clients we are a complete outsourced IT department looking after all aspect of our client’s IT infrastructure, leaving the client to focus on running their business whilst we get on with running their IT. For many small to medium enterprises this is a very cost effective solution as they don’t have the worry of employing an IT team, or having to worry about finding appropriately qualified staff, managing and motivating them, dealing with sick leave and holiday cover, instead a simple agreement with Fusion ensures that they have all of their needs covered.
For other clients we provide services as required from our portfolio – for example for some large sites in Guernsey we provide high level technical skills for management of enterprise resources such as the key fileservers, Storage Area Networks, telephone systems and other complex devices.
We are also involved with the provision of cloud based services – either for individual applications or for the complete desktop environment. Consequently we can tailor solutions to suit all styles of requirements and budget.
