TELEPHONE HANDSETS

One of the beauties of Avaya IP Office is the rich choice of handsets available to suit all types of users, applications and budgets. In addition to Avaya’s own handsets a system can be complimented by third party handsets. Some users – particularly those in Call Centre environments, teleworkers and mobile workers could consider IP Softphones where the user’s PC is equipped with the IP softphone software and a headset that is connected to the computer.

Note: The previously very popular 5400 series digital phones have been discontinued as from 1st September 2011. The 9500 series phones introduced with IP Office v7.0 are the natural replacements.
