PAUL BRIGGS

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Paul was an original founder of Fusion in 1992 and has overseen the business’s  growth and development from the first 3 full time staff, to the organisation it is today with its own successful Wealth Management Software product and a range of IT support and systems integration services that provide a comprehensive service for the company's clients.

In addition to the managing the business Paul is active with sales and account management and retains a particular specialism in server hardware and storage platforms - in particular SAN's.

Paul is a keen yachtsman being part owner of a racing yacht and keeps himself fit by cycling and regular hiking breaks in upland Britain and other places.

ALAN ROWE

SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR

Alan's role at Fusion is more diverse than the title of Sales & Marketing Director suggests, as whilst that reflects his formal responsibility he is active across the broad range of the company's services often in a hands-on-role.  Increasingly Alan is involved in the direction and activities of the software side of the business - in particular Flyingboat and Sharepoint, and combining this with general, sales, marketing and account management activities. 

Alan joined Fusion in 1993 having previously worked in the UK for one of the world's largest distributors of computer products Merisel where he was responsible for networking and connectivity products.

Outside of work Alan is a well known athletics and triathlon coach who has won numerous Island Games medals in athletics and has represented Guernsey at Commonwealth Games level in triathlon.

MIKE PARKS

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Along with Paul Briggs, Mike also joined the company at the outset in 1992.  As a technical specialist Mike has kept himself immersed in evolving technologies in order that Fusion can offer best of breed technical solutions to its clients.

Mike oversees a team of highly capable technical specialists each of whom manages their own portfolio of client sites enabling Mike to provide expert guidance where required whilst retaining a hands on role as part of the team with some of our more complex and technically challenging sites.

Mike keeps himself fit with spinning and gym and he also crews on local racing yachts.

ANDY LANOE

Andy oversees the day to day operation of our software support and development team, and is particularly active in detailed aspects of Flyingboat functionality extension, and the evolution of the product more generally.  Andy has been instrumental in implementing a number of key initiatives including Bank Integration, the extension to the core record keeping architecture and the Tasks and Diary sub-system.

Andy is a keen botany specialist and is considered an expert in the cultivation and propagation of the Guernsey Lily ( Nerine sarniensis ).  He has conducted a number of botany tours in South Africa where the genus is native.
