Configuration – system will be pre‑configured with a standard configuration that would suit a typical 5 user small business and will include reasonable adjustments of the configuration to suit specific site requirements. 12 user bundle provided on the same basis.

Installation – We will install the system on site during normal working hours and provide reasonable training and provision of training materials to the users available at the time of installation. 15 days ‘hand holding’ telephone support is inclusive after system installation. Further training and changes to configuration may be chargeable.

Software – We will install Phone Manager software and TAPI driver ( for Outlook integration) onto compatible PCs where the PC is suitable to host these software items. Determination of suitability of PC to be at Fusion’s sole discretion.

Provision of telephone lines – client is responsible for any costs arising from changes required and/or installation of new telephone lines for the system. Fusion will provide reasonable assistance in placing and reviewing orders with telephone line provider within the bundle price quoted.

Structured Cabling – the system requires an adequate cabling system to enable the handsets to be connected back to the telephone system. Fusion will conduct a pre‑installation site survey and advise of any cabling requirements.

Ongoing support and maintenance. A support and maintenance agreement is available, other support can be provided on a time chargeable basis.
