A key element to this is the enterprise portal – a gateway to information, collaboration and sharing of knowledge. Microsoft SharePoint naturally steps into this role and we have been deploying SharePoint solutions for clients to address a number of differing requirements including document management, customer relationship management, absence management and IT Helpdesk functions.
