The Avaya 5400 Digital Station range and 5600 IP Range provide comprehensive features and the models with feature keys have digital labelling against the function key which makes for ease of maintenance. They look virtually identical with a couple of minor differences in the provision of specific function buttons appropriate to each handset type.

The 5420 / 5620 has an optional feature key expansion module to enable a receptionist to access more feature keys for direct dials to users.
