Does Flyingboat support multiple offices or managed trust companies ?
Yes. The office is usually the trust company itself and Flyingboat supports an unlimited number of offices within a database. Users can be associated with one or more
offices and office filtering enables users to be restricted to just those clients that belong to the offices for which they are permissioned to access. A further option allows
users to be locked into one office for a session. These features ensure that users can either have a complete view or a restricted view of data depending on what the requirements are.
Flyingboat also supports inter office billing which is typically used in the managed trust company environment whereby time recorded against one client in respect of one office,
can then be 're-billed' between the office providing the staff and the managed trust company.
