Fusion Systems is delighted to announce that the latest version of Flyingboat Wealth Management Software has passed Microsoft Windows 7 compatibility testing enabling us to use the "Compatible with Windows 7" logo. In our December 2009 Flyingboat newsletter we announced that this was imminent and is a result of our work with our next release of Flyingboat Classic - Version 2.55. We are continuing to test this version in house and will be contacting clients soon when it is available for general release. Fusion is proud to take on the title sponsorship of this prestigious series promoted by the Guernsey Island Amateur Athletic Club. Contested over five rounds, athletes accrue points and the final total of the best of four determines their overall finishing position. After two races the athletes are split into divisions of similar ability to provide a race within a race and thus cater for athletes of all ages and standards.

Fusion sponsors CI Surf Kayak team at World Champs - team returns with Junior World Champion !

We have been delighted to assist the Guernsey members of the Channel Island Surf Kayak team in attending the Word Surf Kayak Championships which took place in Santa Cruz, Portugal in August. The Guernsey members in the team were Chris Harvey, Adam Harvey, Dave du Port, Ruth Briggs and Lorraine Koller. Competing in the Junior High Performance class, 16 year old Adam Harvey secured the victory after progressing comfortably through the heats. Underlining his potential for the future he also made it to the semi final round in the senior competition.
Jersey's David Speller won the senior competition, but Adam's older brother and highly ranked Chris was not so fortunate and failed to make the final - a major disappointment for him. The other team members results contributed to the CI team placing 4th overall with the younger members picking up valuable experience for the future.
